Giltedge Destination Management is a private company part owned by directors including Sean Kritzinger, Murray Gardiner, Hector van der Walt, and an equity partnership.

Sean Kritzinger: Managing Director Giltedge Travel - has 15 years experience of management in the travel and incentive industry. Sean started Giltedge Travel with Murray Gardiner in 2001. Sean has personally managed a number of large incentive groups into and out of South Africa including 400 Young Presidents Organization members. The countries visited as part of his travel experience are numerous and include, The USA, UK, Ireland, Croatia, Argentina, Sweden, France, Switzerland, Austria, Dubai, Egypt, China, Southern Africa including Seychelles & Mauritius.

Murray Gardiner: Financial Director - has accumulated more than 8 years experience in Financial, IT, publishing and the travel industry. Murray’s responsibilities include the Giltedge Magazine which is published every 18 months. Murray is the founding partner of Giltedge Travel with Sean Kritzinger.

Hector van der Walt: Managing Director Giltedge Destination Management - has 15 years experience in both inbound and outbound incentive travel. He is a founding member of Giltedge Destination Management. Hector’s passion for incentive travel and unique experiences has earned him extensive experience in both inbound and outbound incentives programmes.

The team is supported by professional Programme Managers, Support staff, Business Development and Marketing functions.
