Giltedge DMC has recently concluded an equity partnership with a small group of Black Executives who operate at Senior Management level in large corporations and have extensive business knowledge, skills and competencies.

They have an impressive network of contacts in a number of large public and private sector organizations and have an illustrated commitment to social development, small business entrepreneurship and broad-based Black Economic Empowerment.

These individuals will contribute actively towards both accelerated business growth and transformation of Giltedge DMC through assisting with the appointment of Black staff, ensuring that skills transfer takes place, increasing the company's Black supplier base and contributing towards enterprise development and social investment initiatives.

Giltedge DMC has begun the process to obtain its BBBEE scorecard rating and expects to achieve at least a Level 3 rating (which will confirm the credibility of the company's BEE commitment.
